Professional Artwork for your Page
First impressions matter. Have a designer represent your page with graphic artwork. We connect you with professional designers that can help you transform your page to stand out to partners.
Artwork is FREE for new HOLLYFY users.
Please email us at artwork@hollyfy.com. Subject line: “New member. Customize my artwork.” Make sure you include your Page ID and Page Title in the email. Also, attach your logo, title graphics, product shot, or other desired imagery you’d like included in the artwork for your page.
How do I prepare for the designer?
Designers follow your branding guidelines and aesthetic. Send them files or links before they begin.
Here’s what designers need to meet your goals:
- Logo or title graphic
- Product shots (eg/ photograph of Coca-Cola bottle)
- KeyArt (eg/ billboard/poster for your movie)
- Actor headshot(s)
- Send your Page ID
It’s okay if you don’t have all these items, just send what’s available.
How to find my Page ID
Preview your showcase page and find the numbers in the URL. This is your Page ID.
(example/ https://app.hollyfy.com/pages/page/719e235d-2f4c-4e6a-a2c5-0f287c9889e1) whereas the green digits are your Page ID.
Timing
Once you’re matched with a designer, you will receive an introductory email. The designer may have questions if you haven’t provided sufficient files or guidelines. Your designer will upload your images, and they’ll be reviewed by a team of editors to make sure everything looks just right. Once approved, they’ll be sent back to you in response to your email. This entire process usually takes about 1-2 weeks. You can then upload to your showcase page.
Availability
There are a couple of reasons why our professional design services might not available for your showcase page:
- Your page violates copyright policy
- Our service isn’t offered in your area
- Your page has already been professionally designed once
- You’ve duplicated your professional images to another page
- Your page violates terms of service
Designers are independently contracted, so they have the final say in choosing which assignments they accept. Even if a designer is available, there’s no guarantee you’ll get a professional image.
In any case, never underestimate the power of designing your own design aesthetic to showcase your brand or entertainment.
Can I use the artwork elsewhere?
Yes. It’s yours to use in other marketing materials, on social media, or elsewhere.
Professional Design Service Supplemental Terms
When you participate in this service, you acknowledge and agree:
- To have a third party designer design your artwork;
- To have a professional editor retouch the design; and
- To have your professional images uploaded to your Page page without prior review.
- HOLLYFY does not own the artwork but may use the images in its discretion, for any business purpose, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, merchandising or any other business purposes, throughout the world, in any and all media. And you grant HOLLYFY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the professional images on the HOLLYFY Platform for the primary purpose of advertising and promoting your Page.
- Your participation in this service is subject to the HOLLYFY Terms of Service.
