Onboarding your Team
Whether you’re managing multiple productions, brands or prefer to be more hands-off, teams are a great way to distribute the work and keep your listings running smoothly.
Your team may be a business or a group of people that manages high-volume or high-priced brand integration on behalf of the owner. They can take care of any number of tasks, from inbound/outbound deals and interacting with partners to contracts and shipping. Anyone with a Professional or Enterprise plan on HOLLYFY can invite their existing management team to access and manage their listings on their behalf.
How teams can help
- Coordination: Coordinate review schedules, shipping details, file sharing, deliverables, requirements, and more.
- Page management: Edit descriptions, photos, pricing/budget, listings, and audience.
- Partner communication: Welcome partners, negotiate details, message, etc.—team members will be identified as such and can message partners using their own HOLLYFY accounts.
- Support: Handle issues with integrations and partners or contact HOLLYFY to work on a resolution
- Dealflow: Accept or decline collaboration requests
- Contracts and compliance: Manage usage rights and other contracts.
Listing access and permissions
As the account owner, you retain control over who has access to your showcase page(s) and info, even when you manage the page with a team or another manager.
