Change or Reset your Password
Forget your password or having trouble logging in? We’ve all been there. Reset or create a new password for your HOLLYFY account.
Reset New Password:
- From the Login screen, go to the reset password page
- Enter the email address you use for HOLLYFY
- Click Request New Password
- Open your email from HOLLYFY, follow instructions.
- From the Login screen, go to the reset password page
- Enter the email address you use for HOLLYFY
- Tap Request New Password
- Open your email from HOLLYFY, follow instructions.
If you’ve requested the reset link more than once, make sure you’re using the right email address. You may also need to disable your email service’s link preview (eg/ Outlook) or mail-scanner feature, which could cause the link to expire before you open it.
