Make an Offer
You’ve found the perfect creator to feature your brand—and now, you’re ready to make an offer.
Let’s do this!
First, make sure your account is set up. Then, you can make an offer on the Creator’s Showcase Page listing.
- Tap the Make an Offer button on a listing
- Enter the amount of your offer
- Provide an Overview of your key objectives (aka creative brief)
- Set expiration date of your offer (7, 14, or 30 days)
- Review Policies & Terms
- Set Complete Date range (optional)
- Tap Send Offer (you won’t be charged unless they accept)
The creator will be notified of your offer. When the creator accepts, you’ll need to make payment and start the project by assigning tasks. Payments are held by a third-party until both partners Mark Project Complete. Then, funds are releases to the creator’s HOLLYFY wallet. (usually in 2-3 business days)
Review Status
View your offer from the Pending Offers & Proposals. To check it out, go to your Showcase Page’s Transactions section, then tap Details in the corresponding row.
Confirmed Offers Convert to In-Progress
When an offer (or, proposal) reaches Confirmed status, you’ll receive an email saying so, along with a text (SMS) and a notification if you have those set up.
In-Progress
You’re in business! Now the offer (or, proposal) has moved to your Showcase Page’s Transactions > In-Progress tab. From here, start assigning tasks to complete the transaction to your liking.
