Service Fees

To help HOLLYFY run smoothly and to cover the cost of services like bank transfers, ledger reconciliation, and customer support; we charge a service fee when a collaboration is confirmed.
There are 2 different fee structures involved: a processing fee and a validation fee.
Processing Fee:

This fee structure is the most common and is split between the Advertiser and the creator.

Most Advertisers pay a 4% fee, but some pay more based on geo-locations, government regulations or other imposed policies.
Validation Fee:

Most creator service fees are under 14.2% of the transaction subtotal. This fee varies based on a variety of factors and is shown during checkout before you confirm a collaboration so you know what to expect.
VAT Charges:
- Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction involved, a VAT may be charged on top of the above fees. The service fee includes the VAT where applicable.
Allowed payments outside HOLLYFY include:
- Reimbursement for product/service: This can cover the cost of purchasing (or renting) the brand’s apparel, CPG goods, beverage, food, auto rental, and other products/services.
- Travel costs: A one-time fee used to cover the cost of travel for content production such as airlines and hotel stays.
- Incidentals: This can include things like dinner reservations, car service, mileage, or airport shuttle fees.
Creators usually collect these fees before an integration, at start-date, or within 48 hours after completion.
For the most part, Creators can’t collect any additional fees or charges outside our platform unless expressly authorized by us.
The exception is reimbursements for specific reimbursements. Creators, who can charge and collect certain fees using a separate payment method—as long as they’re detailed in the listing and included in the price breakdown before booking.
We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time, and will provide you with prior notice of any fee changes before they become effective. Any fee changes will not affect collaborations made prior to the effective date of the fee change.
While these guidelines don’t cover every possible scenario, they’re designed to offer general guidance on HOLLYFY’s community policies.
